Privacy policy

Draft under review. This policy describes how the site works today and is being reviewed before it's finalized. Questions? Email idia@cbgmarketing.co.

Who we are

CBG Creators is a division of CBG Marketing LLC, based in New York. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean CBG Marketing LLC operating CBG Creators at cbgcreators.co.

What we collect

• Information you send us. When you fill out a form on this site, we collect what you enter, such as your name, email, optional phone number, links, your role, project details, optional budget range and your consent choices.
• Bookings. If you book a Creator Strategy Session, scheduling happens on Calendly, which collects the details you enter there under its own privacy policy. Any payment is handled by Calendly's payment provider, not by us.
• Find Your Fit. The assessment runs in your browser. Your answers aren't saved or sent to us.
• Analytics. If analytics is switched on, Google Analytics collects usage information such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location, using cookies. We configure it so form answers and assessment answers aren't sent.
• Technical logs. Our hosting provider, Netlify, may record standard information like IP addresses to run and secure the site.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry, application or quote request
• To scope and provide services you ask for
• To send occasional insights and resources, only if you opted in
• To understand how the site is used and improve it

Who we share it with

We use service providers to run the site and our business, including Netlify for hosting and form storage, Calendly for scheduling, Google for analytics when it's switched on, and our email provider. They process information on our behalf. We don't sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to respond, provide services and keep reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

• Ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us by emailing idia@cbgmarketing.co.
• Unsubscribe from updates using the link in any email.
• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
